"Find the power to offer new and real comfort
to others, and to our suffering world."
—from the Foreword by Richard Rohr
Chronic illness or a new diagnosis can be overwhelming, whether you or a
loved one are directly affected. Medications, treatments, and paperwork are
a burden, relationships are strained, and God can seem distant. Drawing
from her own experience, Sr. Karen can help. She'll show you how to:
• accept your condition
• get in the right frame of mind for a medical
procedure
• find comfort in prayer
• help yourself by helping others
and so much more. Let the practical suggestions and stories of hope help
you face the future with confidence and faith.
